It's 3:24 A.M time passed by when i posted this question lolz my scedule is to wake up, eat breakfat and watch lifetime movie network, take a shower, go somewhere today, come home around the afternoon, and I.D.K lolz!!! how bought you??

Im scared someone will break in my house at night .?

So, I have a fear, that someone is going to break into my house. I usually have this fear when I am home alone in the afternoon, i usually solve my fears by locking my doors, having the blinds down, and locking my garage. But at night even though all my doors are locked, I am still terrified of a home invasion. I know it is not likely because I live in a low crime neighborhood. But I still have this fear, I have told my mother about it, but she thinks its irrational and i should toughen up, but its not that simple. I am always scared, Im scared when I am home, Im scared when im coming home. Im just always scared. It has gotten so bad, that I stay up all night, until the sun comes up and once it comes up, I go to sleep in my room, with my door barricaded. i don't know why, I am terrified at night, I just have always been, and we have no alarm, and lots of doors, and plenty of windows. Also my parents don't have any guns. During the afternoon, I babysit my little brother (3) and my little sister (7 months). So if someone breaks into my house, while im babysitting i can't just run to a neighbor's home. I am very paranoid, the slightest noise scares me .and my house is fairly big, so someone could break in. and me not even know it. I just don't know how to solve my fears. So what would I even do if someone really broke in my house, at night, or in the afternoon ?

Well, I'm not really a screamo fan, so I don't think they're good singer but whatever, i could be wrong. Anyway I had tennis this morning and the same kinda thing happened today. We were playing doubles and I could NOT get my serve down I felt horrible because the other girls could get it in. I am pretty good but I JUST COULD NOT GER MY SERVE IN! You're 14- Don't worry. Start eating healthy and it will all burn off by the time you're 16/18. But, you can jog in place, do jumping jacks, jump rope, and oh yes- core exercises. Do pushups and crunches (cliche, but they really do get the job done.) Do as many as you can multiple times a day. You have to work to lose weight. And you really can't target weight loss towards any part of your body, and cardio makes you sweat differently from weight lifting. But, to lose belly fat, or at least make your belly appear smaller, do the ab workouts. If you have a ballast ball, there are a million workouts you can do. They usually come with a poster of low-intensity workouts that can be done.

I need advice on what to do for my legs and butt!?

I have stretch marks on my legs and butt and i think they are absolutely hideous. I want to possibly tone them up or something to tighten the skin and im going to use a spray tan to help as well. im going swimming this week in about 5 days and i want to know how much leg toning excising is needed to have a little effect by then. i am NOT trying to lose weight, but gain muscle mass. if it helps i am 5'9' and 124 lbs. (please do not comment on my weight if you are going to criticize me. i don't need a lecture on this because i cant gain weight to save my life) if you have any suggestions or ideas that you know help hide them i would gladly appreciate them. thanks.

What to do???? I'm very bored...?

I'm am a teen girl with nothing to do on a thursday afternoon. Any ideas?? Btw mi parents r home but they are not willing to drive me around. Also, please don't say anything like masterbate cuz I don't do that stuff, and I can't watch movies cuz our tvs gone..:/ I know this question is asked alot but any ideas would b helpful!!! (:
