Losing Belly Fat? D:?
You're 14- Don't worry. Start eating healthy and it will all burn off by the time you're 16/18. But, you can jog in place, do jumping jacks, jump rope, and oh yes- core exercises. Do pushups and crunches (cliche, but they really do get the job done.) Do as many as you can multiple times a day. You have to work to lose weight. And you really can't target weight loss towards any part of your body, and cardio makes you sweat differently from weight lifting. But, to lose belly fat, or at least make your belly appear smaller, do the ab workouts. If you have a ballast ball, there are a million workouts you can do. They usually come with a poster of low-intensity workouts that can be done.
