Husband was arrested but no proof he was?

My husband was arrested last night for an electronic bench warrant for a missed court day he was never aware of for a case that was closed. He was released this morning on PR bail. He was brought out of his cell to sign papers and then released, leaving his bail conditions in his cell. When we went back this afternoon to get them we were told they had no record of ever being there. What do we do now??!
