I cant go to Bungie.net, is this a virus?

Two nights ago i accidentaly clicked on a bad link on Bungie.net forums, and my virus software told me it was bad so i exited it out. but yesterday afternoon when I went on Bungie.net it keeps (i guess) refreshing it self, it keeps going on the page 4 times, but the screen is white, the best I can describe it is if you refreshed your page 4 times really fast by clicking the refresh button 4 times in a row. So after about 4 or 5 refreshes it goes to like a wont work page, and says I can't sign into my windows live ID, i probaly should have mentioned I had signed in with my Windows live ID on the site, so im like okay, I can't sign in, ill just go to the page as a guest, if your unfamiliar with site, guests and people who have accounts can visit the site, just like yahoo. But, I can't go to the page at all, even when i open the link to go there as a guest it just redirects me to a Bungie.net/won'twork kinda thing. How can I fix this, or is bungie.net just having an update.
