Is An occasional All-nighter Healthy?
It's 5am right now and i was thinking. Wouldnt staying up through the morning, and afternoon and being so tired then going to bed at like 9pm, better off then not being able to get to sleep until the 2,3,4 consisitently. Because instead of having a week long solution which may not work. would just 1 night of no sleep, help more and faster then slowly fixing it night by night. And that reminds me. im p issed because i have a bday party and other thing to attend/do today and if i stayed up. i might not be able to make. not to mention it'd be noticeable if im up at 8am when its normally 2pm lol.
